ADS is an independent registered insurance broker formed in 1988.
We pride ourselves on giving professional and friendly advice on all aspects of general insurance whilst providing a first class claims service.
ADS have agencies with all major insurance companies plus access to the Lloyds market. We are confident that we can offer competitive terms on most classes of commercial insurance.
We specialise in providing insurance for the charity, voluntary and not for profit sectors and, in particular, have special schemes in place for Citizens Advice Bureaux, other advice services and small charities. In addition, we have arranged facilities for Town Twinning Committees and members of the British Sugarcraft Guild.

The insurance market is still very volatile with great fluctuations in underwriting approach between Insurers. The tragic events in London on 7 July will have some impact on the market, although the substantial premium increases applied over the last 12-18 months are now being modified and, in many cases, premiums are being reduced.
Once again the insurance industry is doing itself no favours by chasing market share rather than sensible underwriting and, inevitably, at some stage in the future, premiums will again increase.
The vast majority of clients would prefer a stable market and at ADS we do not simply accept the terms put forward by Insurers. Every Policy is reviewed and alternatives checked.
